Product Management & Business Development Manager

What you will do

• Lead a team of product managers and bid managers consisting of 5–10 employees.
• Define and develop the Product Unit Integrated Systems market offering.
• Drive business development, including Sales & Operations Planning for the Product Unit.
• Contribute to product and business strategy as part of the Product Unit management team.
• Support new business wins, continuous improvement, operational opportunities, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Leadership experience focused on business and customer understanding.
• Good financial understanding and experience in project management and/or product management.
• Strong social and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships internally and externally.
• Ability to create a collaborative culture based on transparency, frequent feedback, respect, and trust.
• Willingness to work as a team player and support team objectives.
• Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English.
• Ability to pass security vetting under current security protection regulations; additional citizenship obligations may apply for positions requiring security clearance.
