Manufacturing Engineering Business Methods Engineer - Data Analytics & AI

Location: Getafe Area, Madrid, Spain. Hybrid working model when possible; availability to travel is required.

What you will do

• Lead digital transformation projects using unified platforms such as MEGA to streamline end-to-end Preparation Dossier creation, including PFMEA, Routing, SOI, and Work Order Release.
• Define the Manufacturing Engineering data analytics strategy and act as Data Custodian and the main link to Data Governance teams.
• Drive process automation through RPA, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence solutions within Work Preparation.
• Ensure compliance with hirify.global Export Control Regulations through specialized digital tools and maintain data consistency.
• Provide technical expertise and change management support to local and transnational teams through digital coaching, communication, and facilitation.
• Support end-to-end integration of SOI, BoM, Routing, and Drawing data across aircraft programs and shop-floor guidance functions.

Requirements

• Master's degree or equivalent five-year degree in Mechanical Engineering, IT, or a related engineering field.
• Hands-on experience in Manufacturing Engineering Work Preparation activities.
• Proven project leadership and change management experience.
• Expertise in Palantir Foundry (Skywise) or programming.
• Strong knowledge of Artificial Intelligence foundations and deep understanding of end-to-end Manufacturing Engineering Work Preparation data flows.
• Negotiation-level English.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to work in a transnational environment.
• Availability to travel.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in Data Analytics, Digital Transformation, or AI.
• Knowledge of AWS, GCP, RPA, Machine Learning, and hirify.global Export Control Regulations.
• Proficiency in French, German, or Spanish.
