Senior AI/ML Engineer

Location: Hybrid in Barcelona, Spain, with 2 days per week in the office, or fully remote from Spain. Candidates must be eligible to work and live in Spain.

What you will do

• Use data and AI/ML to solve business problems across multiple business units.
• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain scalable AI/ML systems and production-grade business applications.
• Build AI/ML pipelines and engineering infrastructure for batch and real-time orchestration.
• Apply MLOps, LLMOps, and AgentOps best practices, including model monitoring and evaluation.
• Run large-scale experiments and tests to improve the quality and efficiency of ML and data pipelines.
• Partner with scientists, engineers, and product managers to make models accessible to end-users and downstream processes.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Industry experience designing and implementing production-grade AI/ML systems and integrating them into business applications.
• Strong Python programming skills and experience with related ML libraries.
• Experience with AI/ML lifecycle principles and MLOps, LLMOps, or AgentOps tooling, including MLflow, LangChain, vector databases, or evaluation frameworks.
• Experience with Azure and its ecosystem, Databricks, REST APIs for model serving, Docker, container orchestration, and relational and non-relational databases.
• Strong software engineering practices across development, testing, operations, source management, and code reviews, plus cross-functional collaboration experience.
