Data Governance Expert

What you will do

• Follow the data management roadmap and improve end-to-end data management processes to ensure data integrity and quality.
• Facilitate regular data governance workgroups and coordinate with data owners, data stewards, and data custodians to drive actions and data issues to closure.
• Work with the Data Management Lead, business leads, Data Protection Office, Data Architects, and Data Engineers to align solutions with business processes.
• Conduct data risk assessments, manage remediation plans, and ensure governance controls support regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Produce governance reports and dashboards for senior stakeholders, highlighthirify.global trends and required actions.
• Establish data quality metrics and KPIs, and implement data lineage practices to improve traceability.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of proven experience implementhirify.global data governance best practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solvhirify.global, presentation, and decision-makhirify.global skills.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with others.
• Analytical mindset with experience interprethirify.global data models and performhirify.global basic queryhirify.global to validate governance outcomes.
• Experience in data governance or data management, project and change management, stakeholder management, data quality, and data lineage.

Nice to have
