Automation Project Coordinator (Python/Power BI)

What you will do

• Develop automation solutions that replace manual SAP downloads, Excel summaries, and email reporting.
• Build applications for systematic analysis, data tracking, and data visualization for operational and management purposes.
• Perform data mining and benchmarking using performance data, machine data, QCDS KPIs, dashboards, SOs, and other sources.
• Provide data-driven insights to senior management and support digital measurement and monitoring after improvements.
• Create proactive and predictive data models to enable faster operational reaction and early issue prevention.
• Coordinate solution rollout, training, coaching, adoption, and validation of automation benefits and ROI.

Requirements

• Master's degree with experience in program coding, system development, and project leadership.
• Strong ability to use VBA, Python, database software, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, and SAP.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and communicate large amounts of information accurately and with attention to detail.
• Fast learning ability, clear logic, and the ability to execute tasks using new software and applications.
• Constructive feedback mindset and strong networking skills across organizational levels, from field team members to senior managers.
• Ability to train and coach others, including leadership teams.
• Ability to deliver fact-based, well-structured presentations and written communications.
• Business English is required in spoken and written communication.
