Spot Operations Specialist (Crypto)

Location: Hong Kong, Singapore, or Taiwan. Remote-first, work-from-home arrangement; availability may vary depending on the role and team.

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day spot business operations.
• Prepare spot announcements and keep operational documentation up to date.
• Analyze market, product, and regional performance data and prepare reports.
• Communicate market updates and product feedback to regional teams.
• Coordinate with Customer Service on spot-related issues, escalations, and product feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or data-related studies is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Operations experience, preferably in crypto, or a solid understanding of the crypto industry.
• Bilingual English and Mandarin proficiency is required for coordination with overseas partners and stakeholders.
• Fresh graduates may apply if available to start within the next one to two months.
