Senior Product Manager (B2B Product)

What you will do

• Lead configurable, reusable, and scalable B2B and white-label product capabilities.
• Own the product lifecycle and roadmap for enterprise products across web, iOS, and Android.
• Set product strategy and prioritize platform needs, feature parity, and business impact.
• Translate business, client, regulatory, and security requirements into PRDs and functional specifications.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Compliance, Legal, Risk, Customer Success, Sales, and external partners to deliver secure, consistent releases through Scrum.
• Define adoption, retention, reliability, and onboarding metrics and use data to guide decisions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years in B2B solutions.
• Experience in the crypto industry is mandatory, preferably with B2B or enterprise-level products.
• Experience shipping products on both web and mobile, with knowledge of mobile release cycles, app store requirements, SDK/WebView integrations, and mobile UX.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong skills in writing PRDs, functional specifications, and technical requirements documents.
• Ability to translate complex business and compliance requirements into clear product solutions and make decisions amid ambiguity.
• Strong cross-functional communication and experience influencing senior stakeholders across Engineering, Compliance, Legal, and external partners.
• Working knowledge of Scrum/Agile, sprint delivery, and backlog management.

Nice to have

• Fluency in Mandarin.
• Experience with white-label or B2B/institutional products.
• Technical background or strong understanding of APIs and system integrations.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for drafting PRDs, analyzing data, synthesizing research, or prototyping.
