TL;DR
Intern, Portfolio Management (Lending): Supporting loan portfolio management for corporate clients in Asia with an accent on credit risk evaluation, financial analysis, and reporting. Focus on updating financial models, assessing financial and industry risk, and preparing overdue credit, rating, and covenant reports.

Location: Singapore; 6-month internship from January to June. Candidates must have legal work rights in Singapore.

What you will do

  • Support evaluation of financial, business, industry, and credit risks for sector-based corporate clients in Asia.
  • Enter client data into internal financial analysis and risk-rating systems.
  • Prepare overdue credit, rating, covenant, and other portfolio management reports.
  • Update financial models and contribute to portfolio management projects.
  • Collaborate with origination, structuring, transaction management, and product specialist teams.

Requirements

  • Legal work rights in Singapore
  • Good working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
  • Ability to update financial models.
  • Knowledge of accounting is helpful.
