Director, Cost Management (Construction)

Location: Hybrid (Must be based in Singapore)

What you will do

• Act as a key account manager for the Singapore cost team, fostering trust-based client partnerships.
• Utilize business development skills to secure new clients and repeat business.
• Oversee key strategic client projects to ensure delivery within contract performance measures.
• Negotiate contract terms and commercial agreements with external clients and contractors.
• Mentor and lead employees to ensure professional growth and high-quality delivery.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in construction, preferably within the data center sector.
• Strong operational and team management experience in a dynamic consultancy environment.
• Proven experience in pre- and post-contract cost management for large, complex projects.
• Degree or comparable experience in cost management or quantity surveying.
• Chartered status and ideally a member of the RICS.
• English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
