What you will do

• Oversee a team analyzing and proactively identifying fraudulent transactions using data-driven techniques, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling.
• Measure and improve merchant fraud portfolio performance by reducing false positives while maintaining high detection rates.
• Manage the ongoing development of dashboards and Power BI visualizations for internal and external reporting.
• Collaborate with technical partners at Ravelin Technologies to prioritize refinements and new features in the Ravelin fraud model.
• Develop and execute tactical and strategic fraud prevention innovation plans using historical authorization and fraud data.
• Lead, develop, and mentor the processing team, while overseeing disaster recovery, backup processes, and cost center budgets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
• Extensive knowledge of processing operations, administration, controls, and all processing phases.
• Experience leading teams, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
• Strong project management capabilities, including managing budgets, timelines, and multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and Power BI.
• Extensive knowledge of big data handling and projects.
