Senior Treasury and FinOps Analyst (Blockchain)

Location: Remote; must work Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours. This compensation range applies to the United States. Candidates must already be authorized to work in the United States; work visa sponsorship is not available.

Base compensation: $97,750–$132,250/year; 25% annual bonus target paid quarterly; company equity in the form of RSUs.

What you will do

• Prepare cash and inventory reporting across entities to provide liquidity visibility for short-term actions and longer-range forecasting.
• Monitor and reconcile bank balances and transaction activity, perform daily cash positioning, and execute wires, ACH transfers, and internal account allocations under approval protocols and SOX controls.
• Manage funding operations for loan sales, support vendor payment processing, and oversee wire initiation, callback confirmations, and wire templates.
• Collaborate with Accounting on month-end close activities related to funding and sale transactions, and own weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports required by legal agreements.
• Partner with Product, Data, Engineering, and Legal to improve data collection, resolve financial queries, and reconcile loan and collateral data across internal systems and blockchain records.
• Improve financial operations workflows and contribute to capital-raising initiatives, including debt financings.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in financial services, specifically in funding, treasury, or financial operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Ability and willingness to work EST business hours.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, with the ability to learn platforms such as Tableau and SQL.
• Transparent communication, relationship-building, organization, prioritization, deadline management, attention to detail, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work with limited direction and build processes from scratch in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn about blockchain, help where needed, mentor others, and work effectively as a team player.
• Adherence to company security policies and data-handling procedures, completion of mandatory security awareness training, and prompt reporting of suspected security incidents.

Nice to have

• Experience maintaining treasury management software or complex ERP systems, especially Kyriba.
• Experience with cash forecasting.
• Mortgage or real estate lending experience.
• Experience with warehouse lines, securitizations, or investor reporting.
