UIR OP Manager

What you will do

• Own end-to-end site UIR operations covering installation, upgrades, and relocation.
• Lead execution from readiness through installation and closure, ensuring safety, quality, cost, cycle time, predictability, and milestone performance.
• Manage site manpower allocation across engineers, coordinators, and third parties while balancing workload and skill readiness across projects and sites.
• Serve as the single operational contact for customers, account teams, and internal stakeholders, managing expectations and major escalations.
• Lead site-level risk assessment, mitigation, escalation, and cross-functional coordination with EHS, SCM, planners, and other stakeholders.
• Lead and develop GLs, engineers, and coordinators while driving coaching, OJT, engagement, well-being, and the next-generation leadership pipeline.

Requirements

• Ability to manage full site UIR operations and own execution results.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and typically oversee 5–15+ direct or indirect team members.
• Ability to coordinate with multifunctional stakeholders, including Account, Planner, EHS, and SCM functions.
• Ability to drive safety compliance, quality performance, delivery, cost control, skill readiness, engagement, customer satisfaction, and escalation control.
