Full Stack AI JavaScript Developer

Location: Cluj-Napoca, Romania; hybrid work with at least three days per week in the office.

What you will do

• Provide hands-on technical expertise to distributed technology teams building digital AI and automation platforms.
• Develop core components supporting AI, low-code frontend and backend development, integrations, and customer experiences across channels.
• Collaborate with technology and business teams on new and existing product development opportunities.
• Define and maintain technology standards, architecture, and engineering best practices across platforms and implementation teams.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions with senior business and technology leaders worldwide.
• Learn about emerging technologies and share insights on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

• Hands-on expertise with full-stack JavaScript, including Angular, React, and Node.js, plus TypeScript.
• Hands-on expertise using AI assets and tooling.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or relevant equivalent experience.
• At least 4 years of commercial experience delivering global, highly scalable, customer-facing digital products and capabilities.
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases, including MS SQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
• Willingness to be flexible with technologies.
