Senior Fullstack Consultant with AI (all genders)

What you will do

• Design and develop scalable enterprise applications with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, clean architecture, performance optimization, and automated testing.
• Build responsive web applications with Angular or React and TypeScript.
• Design APIs, databases, and event-driven components using OpenAPI, SQL or NoSQL databases, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Integrate LLMs, RAG pipelines, AI agents, tool-based workflows, and Model Context Protocol with enterprise systems.
• Automate builds, testing, and deployments using CI/CD, containers, and cloud-native technologies on Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Collaborate with architects, stakeholders, subject matter experts, and client teams through technical discussions, code reviews, and documentation.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of hands-on backend or full-stack software development experience.
• Strong Java and Spring Boot experience, including REST APIs, microservices, and enterprise integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Angular or React, TypeScript, SQL or NoSQL databases, and at least one major cloud platform.
• Practical experience building AI-enabled applications with LLMs, prompt engineering, vector search, RAG, AI agents, agentic workflows, model-provider SDKs, and MCP.
• Experience with CI/CD, containers, automated testing, code reviews, error handling, logging, and monitoring.
• Fluent German and very good English skills are required.

Nice to have

• Production-ready RAG development, including ingestion, chunking, embeddings, retrieval, validation, and evaluation.
• AI agent development for planning tasks, using tools, and executing actions in enterprise systems.
• Python or C# experience in addition to Java.
• Experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Amazon Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, OpenAI APIs, guardrails, observability, or tracing.
• Experience with Kafka, Infrastructure as Code, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Terraform, regulated industries, or relevant certifications.
