Manager, Order Management

Location: Hybrid role based in the Draper, Utah office 4 days a week, United States.

Base pay for all other cities and states: $83,600–$131,340 USD annually. The role may also be eligible for variable compensation and/or equity.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop Order Management professionals and supervisors while supporting succession planning, performance management, workforce planning, and organizational readiness.
• Own end-to-end Order Management operations, including accurate and timely order processing, customer satisfaction, month-end and quarter-end close support, internal controls, audit readiness, and SOX compliance.
• Act as a senior escalation point for complex order, contract, revenue, and fulfillment issues requiring cross-functional coordination and executive visibility.
• Lead process improvement, automation, system enhancement, and continuous improvement initiatives across the Quote-to-Cash lifecycle.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Revenue, Legal, Customer Success, Operations, and technology teams on strategic decisions, transformation programs, launches, acquisitions, and geographic expansion.
• Establish operational metrics, analyze trends and risks, prepare executive reporting, and maintain scalable documentation, SOPs, policies, and knowledge-management assets.

Requirements

• 5+ years of leadership experience, including management of managers, supervisors, or large operational teams in Order Management, Revenue Operations, or a related function.
• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced, high-growth technology or SaaS environment.
• Deep understanding of Quote-to-Cash, Order Management, contract lifecycle management, revenue considerations, and operational controls.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise business systems and process automation tools.
• Ability to lead organizational change and influence cross-functional stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, executive presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing operational KPIs, workforce planning, forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Ability to balance strategic initiatives with operational execution.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field.

• Experience with Salesforce, D365, and related platforms.
• Advanced degree.
