Product Manager - Early Career, AI Platform

Location: New York, NY; must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future visa sponsorship and ready to begin work in the U.S. on the first day.

Base salary: $83,000–$130,000 USD per year, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Drive the end-to-end development and launch of AI features by scoping requirements, writing specifications, and partnering with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams.
• Analyze client usage of AI products, identify what works and what does not, and turn findings into product recommendations.
• Own defined roadmap areas under senior PM mentorship, with increasing autonomy.
• Work hands-on with prompting, agent-behavior evaluation, conversational AI, agentic workflows, and emerging standards such as MCP.
• Define product analytics for usage patterns, adoption, and feature performance.
• Maintain product documentation, support operations, triage feedback and bugs, and keep cross-functional stakeholders aligned.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of professional experience.
• Strong analytical skills, including breaking down ambiguous problems, working with data, and developing recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including the ability to explain technical ideas clearly to engineers and clients.
• Ability to communicate with senior stakeholders, including clients and executives.
• Ownership mindset, accountability, curiosity, and comfort working in fast-paced, high-growth environments where problems are still being defined.
• Genuine interest in AI, regular use of AI tools, awareness of new developments, and informed views on the direction of AI products.
