Lead Product Engineer (DFT/ATPG)

What you will do

• Drive new Modus product features in Design For Test (DFT) and Automatic Test Pattern Generation (ATPG).
• Develop product specifications and prototypes for DFT and ATPG capabilities.
• Collaborate with R&D and Product Validation teams on feature implementation and validation.
• Work with field teams and customers to deploy Modus through development of flows, presentations, and hands-on debugging.

Requirements

• BS degree or equivalent experience with 6+ years of direct DFT experience, or MS degree with 4+ years of direct DFT experience.
• Direct DFT experience in EDA, CAD, or design implementation.
• Solid understanding of ATPG, Scan, JTAG, IEEE 1687 (iJTAG), MBIST, and LBIST.
• Awareness of current DFT technologies and innovations in EDA and implementation.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a highly dynamic environment, with the ability to engage stakeholders across teams inside and outside hirify.global.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in STA, Physical Design, or silicon bring-up related to DFT.
• Broad knowledge of the DFT domain and how DFT interacts with other VLSI domains.
• Hands-on experience with industry DFT EDA tools.
