Salary: $105,900–$180,100 annually

What you will do

• Provide federal tax compliance and consulting services to industry-specific clients, including middle-market and multinational organizations.
• Lead day-to-day client relationships and serve as a trusted tax business advisor.
• Research tax matters, respond to IRS and other tax authority inquiries, and recommend solutions to clients.
• Coordinate with state and local, high-net-worth, international, research and development, credits, and incentives tax specialists on complex matters.
• Manage engagement staffing, billing, collections, and client profitability targets.
• Build internal and external relationships to acquire new clients, projects, and revenue, while mentoring and developing team members.

Requirements

• Must have a current, accepted offer with hirify.global, formerly Anchin or Berkowitz Pollack Brant.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, law, or a similar business field; a master's or advanced degree is desirable.
• CPA or JD required.
• 8+ years of experience providing federal tax compliance and consulting services in a professional services firm.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience mentoring and counseling associates.
• Demonstrated management, analytical, organizational, interpersonal, project management, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and supervise others, provide exceptional client service, maintain current knowledge of applicable strategies, understand both the big picture and details, demonstrate ethical judgment, and complete projects urgently and accurately.
• Highly developed software and Microsoft Suite skills.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship is preferred.
