Senior Property Manager (Commercial Real Estate)

Location: Landover, Maryland, United States; onsite. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $85,219–$131,678 annually, plus eligibility for an annual performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Manage all aspects of an assigned commercial property portfolio, including operational and financial activities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, tenants, vendors, and contractors.
• Respond to tenant needs and fulfill lease obligations.
• Prepare annual budgets and tenant reconciliations.
• Manage service contracts, oversee tenant improvements, conduct property inspections, and make recommendations for improvements.
• Successfully manage property operations tasks.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in commercial real estate.
• Experience with capital improvement projects.
• CPM or RPA designation.
• Strong understanding of financial reports, including actual-versus-budget variance analysis.
• Experience with real estate software such as Yardi, MRI, or similar tools.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Valid driver's license and a clear motor vehicle record.
• Current authorization to work full time in the United States.

• Construction management experience.
• Experience with contracts and leasing agreements.
• Experience managing staff.
