Field CTO (DevSecOps)

What you will do

• Build and maintain relationships with customer executives that support large Net ARR deals and customer success.
• Provide executive-level thought leadership for strategic opportunities, including new-logo and growth initiatives.
• Curate field feedback and collaborate with the product team on roadmap development and issue prioritization.
• Scale regional expertise across solutions architects, account executives, and customer success managers through enablement and content.
• Advocate for prospects and customers during DevSecOps transformation initiatives and develop relevant subject-matter expertise.
• Monitor emerging methodologies and technologies, participate in external working groups and development projects, and influence solution and product strategy.

Requirements

• Significant experience as a CTO or Principal Solutions Architect, including architecture of enterprise software development workflows.
• Experience delivering information security, cybersecurity, and compliance-related solutions and assessments.
• Experience with software development tools, practices, and methodologies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate and communicate strategies from executive level to staff engineers.
• Ability and willingness to learn and use hirify.global as an integral part of the role.
• Ability to travel and comply with hirify.global's travel policy.
