Field CTO - APAC Region

What you will do

• Advise CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, boards, and business executives on technology strategy, risk, governance, and organizational agility.
• Guide enterprise-scale adoption, cloud migrations, architecture, operational practices, and measurable customer success.
• Influence hirify.global product and platform roadmaps using customer insights, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with sales, account teams, field teams, product, engineering, and ecosystem partners to expand enterprise adoption.
• Represent hirify.global at conferences, analyst briefings, executive forums, and industry engagements across the region.
• Publish thought leadership on AI, automation, distributed systems, enterprise collaboration, and technology transformation.

Requirements

• Proven senior technology leadership experience as a Field CTO, CTO, Chief Architect, or equivalent, with direct enterprise executive engagement.
• Deep expertise in enterprise cloud capabilities, including scale, performance, security, compliance, governance, and risk management.
• Experience influencing product strategy and roadmaps based on enterprise requirements and market trends.
• Proven experience with hirify.global products such as Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, or Trello.
• Strong executive presence, storytelling, and C-suite and board-level influence.
• Experience with regulated industries and compliance or regulatory challenges.

Nice to have

• Industry experience in banking and financial services, technology and IT services, or telecommunications.
• Cloud-native experience, high-scale SaaS expertise, and knowledge of distributed systems.
