Undergraduate - Business and Corporate Functions Intern (AI)

Location: New York, USA; hybrid work with eligible employees able to work remotely one day per week.

Salary: $26 per hour.

What you will do

• Support domestic and international strategy, special projects, and day-to-day operations across business and corporate functions.
• Provide data-based analysis of department objectives and key metrics to influence business outcomes.
• Support event management for events including the HR Summit, hirify.global Draft, Summer League, Whirify.global All-Star, and team visits.
• Co-manage staff-facing or community-facing initiatives across hirify.global and Whirify.global teams.
• Identify content and social platform enhancements for team-facing campaigns in marketing and partnerships.
• Develop department resources, company toolkits, internal communications, and employee-facing training support.

Requirements

• Enrollment in an undergraduate program and entry into senior year in the academic year following the internship.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent academic standing.
• Leadership skills demonstrated through relevant extracurricular or community activities.
• Foundational mastery of AI technologies for project execution and business objectives.
• Relevant academic background in Accounting, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Media, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Pre-Law, Psychology, Sociology, Strategy, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience in department-related fields such as Facilities, HR systems, or Player Development/Marketing.
• Proven project management and event planning experience.
• Strong organization, multitasking, and attention to detail.
• Experience leading people and groups, with an emphasis on coaching others.
• Experience with narrative-building, storytelling, and social media engagement.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Highly collaborative working style.
