Undergraduate - Technology Intern (AI)

Location: New York, USA; hybrid work with eligible employees able to work remotely one day per week

What you will do

• Support internal and external technology across reporting, analysis, testing, coding, incident review, troubleshooting, and technical support.
• Write TypeScript and JavaScript code for hirify.global products across HTML5-powered connected devices, including Xbox, PlayStation, Samsung, Hisense, Chromecast, and Comcast platforms.
• Contribute to IAM projects by auditing, reporting, and updating policy data and documentation, and identifying potential improvements or non-compliance.
• Edit training materials and sessions covering secure password practices, authentication procedures, and IAM.
• Complete trend analyses, review events and incidents, prepare summary reports, and iterate AIOps ML modules based on updated insights.
• Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs, and integrate player statistics, schedules, and live scores into websites through APIs.

Requirements

• Enrolled in an undergraduate program and entering senior year in the academic year following the internship.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience applying probability and statistics in technical design.
• Knowledge of data modeling and evaluation, software engineering, and system design.
• Application development experience with .NET, React, and Python.
• Experience with development environments on Windows IIS, Azure, AWS, iOS, and Android.
• Database development experience with MS SQL, MySQL, CosmosDB, and MongoDB.
• Strong experience with IAM fundamentals.
• Typical relevant majors include Business or Data Analysis, Computer Science, Engineering, and Software Design.
• Foundational mastery of AI technologies for project execution and business objectives.
