Program Manager (Federal Services)

What you will do

• Manage contractor staff, assign schedules, supervise personnel, and review work discrepancies.
• Plan, execute, and monitor HQ Services program tasks from inception to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Apply Quality Management Systems and maintain compliance with ISO 9001.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to support successful task outcomes.
• Work with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to define objectives and deliverables.
• Lead continuous service delivery improvement, communicate organizational policies and goals, and foster innovation.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience as a Program Manager.
• Strong working knowledge of Quality Management Systems and ISO 9001.
• Experience with risk management and fostering innovation.
• Master's degree in a related field, or 12 years of relevant experience in place of the degree.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
