Product Implementation Analyst (Insurance)

Location: San Antonio, TX, United States; onsite role with local or national travel by car or plane.

What you will do

• Develop, execute, implement, and administer CPI, GAP, MBI, VSC, and LPI insurance products.
• Provide product expertise, technical support, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and problem resolution for internal and external business units.
• Review and maintain master policies, renewals, endorsements, state regulations, compliance changes, coverage proposals, and underwriting criteria.
• Configure rates, deductibles, coverage limits, property and collateral types, reports, fees, taxes, and state-regulated forms in applicable systems.
• Create and maintain AP Portal access for financial institutions and administrators, including security access and credential communication.
• Define business processes and requirements, support product and system changes, analyze reporting settings, prepare New Business Reports, and assist with audits.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least two years of experience in Financial Services required.
• At least two years of specialized experience in insurance product administration, technical and customer service support using software applications, processing accounts receivable, or closely related experience required.
• Proficient knowledge of business processes and developing knowledge of applicable laws and regulations.
• Proficient organizational, planning, prioritization, deadline-management, and multitasking skills.
• Developing data collection and analysis skills, basic negotiation skills, and working problem-solving skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication, collaboration, relationship-building, adaptability, and ability to analyze, organize, and prioritize work.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel; ability to use basic office equipment.
• Typing speed of 35 WPM.
• Ability to sit for long periods and stand, stoop, kneel, push, pull, and lift up to 20 pounds of files, supplies, documents, or related items.
