AVP, Senior Fullstack Software Engineer (AI & Cloud Platforms)

Pay range: $140,500.00–$234,100.00

What you will do

• Develop and maintain full-stack financial technology applications across front-end interfaces, back-end services, and database systems.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices using modern application architectures.
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and developers to define requirements, design solutions, and estimate effort.
• Write clean, documented, testable code; participate in code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Troubleshoot production issues, provide timely resolutions, and perform root cause analysis.
• Use AI copilots and LLMs for development, understand responsible AI practices, and deploy agents at production scale using platforms such as AWS Bedrock and Vercel.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of progressive full-stack software development experience.
• Experience with at least one modern front-end framework such as React, Angular, or Vue.js, plus HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Experience with at least one back-end language such as Java, Python, or C#, and relevant frameworks such as Spring Boot, .NET Core, Django, or Flask.
• Understanding of relational and/or NoSQL databases, including schema design, querying, and optimization.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced agile environment, with strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with Docker or Kubernetes.
• Experience in the financial services industry.
• Familiarity with Figma for design collaboration.
• Understanding of responsible AI usage, including data privacy and security.
