Founding Product Designer (AI Healthcare)

Location: SF Office, United States

Salary: $180K–$280K annually plus equity

hirify.global builds Carebricks, a unified platform that runs an AI agent across healthcare workflows for large health systems. The platform is live at more than a dozen health systems and supports over 30 production workflows.

What you will do

• Design creative ways for healthcare users to interact with cutting-edge AI output across Carebricks workflows.
• Create and own a distinctive design system incorporating brand guidelines.
• Define excellent product experiences for physicians, pharmacy technicians, schedulers, back-office staff, abstractors, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants.
• Work closely with engineering from day one to iterate rapidly on new features.
• Revamp existing workflows to optimize the user experience.
• Define the product design process and use insights from power users and end users to guide decisions.

Requirements

• High ownership and a desire to make a significant impact.
• Demonstrated history of working effectively with engineering teams.
• Experience designing enterprise web applications.
• Experience working on an AI-enabled product.
