Senior Product Manager - Investment Office Project Management

Location: In-office role based in Pittsburgh, PA or Philadelphia, PA, United States.

What you will do

• Drive strategic priorities and projects within the Asset Management Group Investment Office.
• Lead discovery efforts, define project scope, and deliver operational and technology-based solutions.
• Define and communicate product and project vision to address client requirements and business objectives.
• Own the project plan, risk and issue log, action items, and stakeholder accountability.
• Evaluate potential solutions, provide critical challenge, and coordinate business, technology, and controls partners through Change Governance.
• Develop and manage products or experiences, including business cases, rollout plans, product enhancements, and risk, compliance, and audit activities.

Requirements

• University or college degree, typically a bachelor's degree, or a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification, and experience.
• 5+ years of industry-relevant experience.
• Experience with project management lifecycle processes across both agile and waterfall methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities while remaining aligned with overarching line-of-business strategy.
• Familiarity with compliance, risk, and control frameworks in the financial services or investment industry.
• Strong analytical and communication skills for capturing business needs, critical discussion items, decisions, and assigned action items.
• Ability to provide critical challenge, make sound decisions, take ownership, and hold senior resources accountable for deadlines.
• Knowledge of product management, product development, customer solutions, sales, marketing, business objectives, emerging technologies, design thinking, problem solving, and solutions development.
