Senior Product Manager (Advisor Technology)

Location: Hybrid in Saint Petersburg, Florida, United States; three days per week in the St. Petersburg corporate office, including Monday or Friday. Travel is less than 25%.

What you will do

• Deliver tools and applications supporting financial advisors and branch operations.
• Define project scope, business requirements, technical requirements, and process improvements.
• Develop product strategies, release schedules, rollout plans, training materials, and release communications.
• Coordinate enterprise-impact projects across business units, technology teams, legal, compliance, operations, and financial advisors.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and clarify business requirements for technical teams.
• Develop testing requirements, test plans, and scripts, including user acceptance testing.

Requirements

• Three to five years of product management experience, ideally with enterprise teams and complex systems.
• Experience with business and technical requirements, systems analysis, business process modeling, stakeholder representation, and complex cross-functional problem-solving.
• Knowledge of financial services, wealth management, advisor operations, risk management, change management, and requirements gathering.
• Knowledge of project planning, software development lifecycle fundamentals, technical documentation, and user acceptance testing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Computer and Information Science, or high school education as listed in the posting.
• Work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
