FX Go-To-Market Strategist

What you will do

• Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for existing and new FX products across regions.
• Identify growth opportunities across customer segments, product enhancements, and geographic expansion, assessing commercial impact.
• Create product narratives, value propositions, positioning, collateral, and tools for different customer segments, use cases, and regions.
• Train and support sales and client-facing teams through workshops and commercial enablement materials.
• Monitor market trends and competitors, and develop and execute plans for new product launches with cross-functional teams.
• Define and track KPIs, prepare dashboards and executive reporting, and use data analysis to improve GTM priorities.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant experience; this is a non-leader role.
• Strong understanding of the cross-border payments industry, specifically Multi-Currency Pricing (MCP) and Dynamic Currency Conversion (DCC) services.
• Ability to understand complex technical concepts and product capabilities.
• Skills in market research, competitive analysis, and opportunity assessment.
• Proven project management skills with successful on-time delivery.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a results-oriented mindset.
