Data Analytics Consultant (AI)

Location: Antwerp, Belgium. Hybrid work combining office, remote, and client-based work.

What you will do

• Collaborate with stakeholders and clients to define business goals and create solution blueprints through workshops and mock-ups.
• Prepare and validate datasets through data mapping, extraction, cleaning, enrichment, and feature engineering.
• Design, implement, and automate interactive dashboards and customized reports using data visualization tools.
• Perform statistical analysis and exploratory data investigations to generate actionable insights.
• Present complex technical and analytical findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders and support business users.
• Contribute to hirify.global’s Data Science and Generative AI offerings, thought leadership, proposals, and client relationship development.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in data analytics or a relevant consulting or industry role.
• Fluency in Dutch or French and English.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, proactive approach, and ability to communicate complex ideas to varied audiences.
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and support data-driven decisions.
• Strong interest in data and AI topics, with the ability to quickly build expertise and help clients use these opportunities.
• Hands-on experience with Python or R for data analysis.
• Proficiency with SQL and Microsoft Excel for data manipulation.
• Familiarity with dashboarding tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.

• Knowledge of cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Interest in applying innovative analytics and AI solutions to sustainability and business impact.
