Senior Product Designer (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Oslo, Norway or Amsterdam, Netherlands; occasional team trips and work sessions at social hubs in Amsterdam or Oslo.

What you will do

• Design onboarding, in-app guidance, and AI customisation experiences for the Amplify product area.
• Turn complex adoption problems into clear user flows, complete product states, and production-ready UI.
• Explore multiple design directions, prototype real interactions, and use AI as part of the design workflow.
• Use product data and qualitative signals to identify user problems and design evidence-based solutions.
• Apply and extend the hirify.global design system where reusable patterns are needed.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, legal experts, product, research, and learning specialists.

Requirements

• Senior-level product design experience with strong UX and UI craft.
• Ability to take vague ideas, identify the underlying user problem, and design complete flows from empty states to errors.
• Strong prototyping skills and willingness to explore and iterate at high volume.
• Ability to use AI tools such as Cursor or similar in design and prototyping workflows.
• Ability to explain design decisions clearly to non-designers while maintaining a high quality bar.
• Professional ability to work in an English-speaking, international environment and work from Oslo or Amsterdam in a hybrid setup.
