Business Communications Lead Analyst (Healthcare)

Location: Remote, United States; listed location: Philadelphia, PA. Work-from-home internet requires cable broadband or fiber optic service with at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload.

What you will do

• Develop and execute integrated communication strategies aligned with GHB business priorities and objectives.
• Create and deliver communications through digital, print, executive presentation, organizational announcement, and leadership messaging channels.
• Manage communication plans, timelines, budgets, workflows, content reviews, approvals, quality assurance, and distribution.
• Produce reports, dashboards, and analyses to measure communication effectiveness, stakeholder engagement, and key performance indicators.
• Translate complex information into clear, engaging, and actionable communications in partnership with business leaders and functional teams.
• Develop executive thought leadership content and identify new communication approaches, tools, and strategies to improve employee engagement and business results.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in communications, corporate communications, public relations, employee communications, or related fields.
• Experience developing, implementing, and evaluating communication strategies within a complex, matrixed organization.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including business writing, editing, and presentation development.
• Ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and collaborate across teams and leadership levels.
• Experience working directly with senior executives and business leaders.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data and insights to measure communication effectiveness and inform decisions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and other business communication tools.
• Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Experience supporting global organizations or international business communications.
• Knowledge of executive communications, thought leadership, media relations, or social media strategy.
• Experience in the healthcare, insurance, or health services industry.
• Familiarity with employee engagement, change management, or internal communications programs.
