Customer Innovation & Transformation Intern

What you will do

• Support commercial excellence and business transformation initiatives across IDT.
• Conduct data analysis and process mapping to identify improvement opportunities.
• Participate in customer journey mapping and continuous improvement activities.
• Collaborate with commercial, operations, and digital functions.
• Complete a strategic project and present findings and recommendations to business leaders.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
• Completed coursework in data analytics, statistics, process improvement, project management, or customer experience.
• Demonstrated analytical experience through coursework, internships, research projects, or student leadership activities.
• Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills through presentations, coursework, leadership roles, or project participation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, data analysis, and charting, and Microsoft PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Experience with process improvement, Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Power Apps, or Power Automate.
• Experience with AI, automation, customer experience, or business transformation projects.
