What you will do

• Support Compliance Consultants and Coordinators with administrative functions for an assigned group of 150–200 retirement plans.
• Perform compliance testing and review plan and participant limits under IRS regulations.
• Complete contribution reconciliation and employer contribution calculations.
• Prepare and file annual IRS-required forms, as well as formal plan documents and amendments.
• Assist with incoming calls and review and approve participant distribution and loan requests.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in financial services is preferred.
• ASPPA RPF certification is preferred.
• Computer and technical literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Meticulous dedication to accuracy and strong organizational skills.
• Desire to provide extraordinary customer service.
• Creative problem-solving skills.
