Business System Associate (OnGuard)

Location: Hybrid in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, with office attendance 8 days per month.

What you will do

• Maintain, administer, monitor, and support the global OnGuard collections application.
• Identify and resolve technology problems, create incident tickets, escalate issues, and communicate with end users and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with network, software, and system engineers, project managers, IT, end users, and third-party vendors.
• Monitor and troubleshoot patches, updates, tools, and software versions; manage user accounts, licenses, and permissions.
• Test system changes to ensure functionality and integration with other services.
• Assist with software implementation, configuration, maintenance, project planning, status reporting, timelines, and deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in business systems, application support, IT operations, or system administration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to troubleshoot system issues.
• Basic understanding of enterprise applications, system architecture, and integrations.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and maintain clear documentation.
• Professional English proficiency and ability to work with international stakeholders and vendors.

• Familiarity with AI tools and their application in business environments.
