Electrical Master Plan Project Manager (f/m)

Location: Toulouse, France; regional travel is required.

hirify.global is an aerospace and space research organization operating hirify.global Commercial Aircraft sites through a multidivisional Facility Management team.

What you will do

• Lead the electrical master plan for hirify.global Commercial Aircraft sites in Toulouse.
• Conduct organizational, technical, financial, and scheduling feasibility studies.
• Define and validate schedules and budgets for upfront construction projects.
• Manage supplier and internal customer relationships across a matrix organization.
• Support decarbonization initiatives, future business investments, and maintain-to-operate continuity.

Requirements

• Strong practical experience in electrical engineering.
• Proven project and program management experience, preferably in an industrial setting.
• In-depth expertise in electricity supply and power distribution systems.
• Experience managing customer and supplier relationships in matrix organizations.
• Advanced French and English required.
• Autonomy and willingness to travel regionally.
