Senior Cybersecurity Engineer (Healthcare)

Location: Remote Kentucky, United States; occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $117,600–$161,700 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Engineer and support enterprise Identity Security solutions using SailPoint Identity Security Cloud, Okta, Active Directory, and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Design and implement identity lifecycle management, provisioning and deprovisioning, access certification, RBAC, SSO, MFA, federation, and entitlement governance.
• Integrate enterprise and clinical applications using SAML, OAuth/OIDC, SCIM, REST APIs, and directory technologies.
• Apply least-privilege and Zero Trust principles across workforce, partner, vendor, and application identities.
• Automate identity processes, troubleshoot complex provisioning and authentication issues, and improve the reliability, scalability, and auditability of access controls.
• Partner with application, clinical technology, architecture, compliance, and cybersecurity teams while providing technical leadership, design reviews, engineering standards, and mentoring.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Strong experience in Identity Security, IAM, or cybersecurity engineering.
• Hands-on experience with SailPoint ISC, Okta, Active Directory, and/or Entra ID.
• Strong knowledge of identity lifecycle management, access governance, RBAC, SSO, MFA, and federation.
• Experience with SAML, OAuth/OIDC, SCIM, APIs, and directory technologies.
• Experience integrating applications into enterprise Identity Security ecosystems.
• Strong automation, troubleshooting, and technical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work from a dedicated space without ongoing interruptions and maintain a home internet connection with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds to protect member PHI and HIPAA information.
