Identity and Access Management Administrator (Healthcare)

Location: Remote work from the United States; final interview on-site in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Weekly on-call rotation required.

What you will do

• Administer user, group, profile, and role access across enterprise systems and applications.
• Perform initial ticket triage, resolve access requests, and support Facets access management.
• Participate in rotating weekly on-call coverage for high-priority issues.
• Create and maintain IAM process documentation and identify process improvements.
• Perform access reviews, inactivity reviews, compliance validation, and customer support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of Information Security or IT experience.
• Understanding of IAM solutions, Microsoft Active Directory, centralized identity provisioning, RBAC, and ABAC.
• Experience analyzing cross-system access, troubleshooting permissions, and working with security, networking, server, application, and cloud concepts.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and independent-working skills.
• Sponsorship is not available; candidates must be able to work from the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with Facets, Facets security administration, or healthcare operations such as claims processing.
• Active Directory experience beyond basic familiarity.
• Windows scripting and automation with PowerShell, VBScript, Perl, or Batch.
• Understanding of APIs, databases, file connections, SSO, step-up authentication, and federation services.
