Project Manager (Clinical)

Location: Remote from Sofia, Bulgaria; willingness to travel approximately 30% is required.

What you will do

• Coordinate project and programme management delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans covering timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Lead cross-functional project teams and facilitate communication and collaboration.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, provide updates, and maintain alignment with project and organizational goals.
• Prepare and present project reports, status updates, and performance metrics to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in project management, business, or a related field is preferred, together with significant project management and team leadership experience.
• Proven experience managing projects from inception to completion while delivering within scope, time, and budget constraints.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills, including the ability to manage project teams and prioritize tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including relationship building and stakeholder expectation management.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable approach with a commitment to achieving project goals and driving continuous improvement.
• Willingness to travel as required, approximately 30%.

Nice to have

• PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
