What you will do
- Shape, build, and improve digital products end to end across Next.js/React frontends, backend services, APIs, and integrations.
- Use AI coding agents in daily development and share practices for agentic engineering.
- Build AI-powered product features and agentic systems, including MCP/LLM integrations, automations, and intelligent product experiences.
- Own technical architecture, direction, and quality on client projects.
- Lead by example in development practices and support technical growth across teams.
- Identify relevant technology trends and apply them to client products and internal ways of working.
Requirements
- Solid experience as a full-stack developer in a similar senior position.
- Strong modern TypeScript, Next.js, React, backend development, Node.js, APIs, and database skills.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted and agentic development tools such as Claude Code or similar.
- Strong fundamentals in architecture, code quality, technical judgment, and ownership.
- Ability to understand client problems and propose effective technical solutions.
- Willingness to support clients, project managers, developers, and sales colleagues.
