What you will do

• Create short films and videos using AI-driven photo and video generation tools.
• Edit and refine AI-generated content into high-quality, engaging visuals.
• Develop video concepts with marketing colleagues for hirify.global and affiliated brands.
• Ensure content follows brand guidelines and communicates key messages effectively.
• Experiment with creative formats, styles, and effects while tracking advances in AI filmmaking.
• Manage multiple projects and deliver finished content within tight deadlines.

Requirements

• Proven experience in video production and editing with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency with AI video generation tools such as Runway, Stable Diffusion, MidJourney, or DALL-E.
• Expertise in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar video editing software.
• Strong visual storytelling, composition, attention to detail, and rapid idea execution.
• Familiarity with digital marketing and adapting content for social media platforms.
• Strong project management, organization, independence, and deadline management skills.
