Engineer, GenAI Tech Enablement (GenAI/Cloud Platforms): Building platform capabilities that enable safe AI adoption across engineering teams with an accent on LLM and agent enablement, developer experience, reliability, and observability. Focus on integrating AI services, automating engineering workflows, and solving complex platform challenges across cloud-native production environments.
Location: Copenhagen, Denmark; hybrid schedule with three office days and two remote days per week

What you will do
- Build GenAI platform capabilities that enable safe and effective AI adoption across engineering teams.
- Develop features that improve developer experience and simplify the use of AI services.
- Improve reliability, monitoring, and observability across AI platform services.
- Support model and agent enablement capabilities for future AI innovation.
- Automate engineering workflows to reduce manual effort and improve platform efficiency.
- Partner with senior engineers, product teams, Developer Experience, and Cloud Foundation teams.
Requirements
- Experience developing capabilities with LLMs, agents, or prompt engineering to support AI adoption.
- Experience building and maintaining cloud-native platform services using APIs, containers, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience improving the reliability and observability of production platform services.
- Experience delivering production-grade applications with Python, TypeScript, or similar modern programming languages.
- Ability to solve complex platform and operational challenges through automation and practical engineering solutions.
- This is a 7-month full-time contract role based in Copenhagen with no relocation support.
Nice to have
- Experience optimizing LLM-enabled platform services for performance and efficiency.
- Experience integrating LLM APIs, including OpenAI or Claude APIs, into platform services.
- Experience contributing to AI platform or foundational platform engineering initiatives.
