APAC Aurora Customer Solution Lead (12 months Fixed Term Contract) (SAP)

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia; role locations also listed as Kuala Lumpur, Sydney, or Shanghai. Hybrid work model with remote work blended with intentional in-person collaboration. Local candidates must already be authorized to work in the role's country; no relocation support is provided.

What you will do

• Lead SAP implementation for an assigned business function and segment within the APAC Aurora program.
• Drive process standardization and align SAP solutions with operational requirements and strategic business objectives.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, and other stakeholders to define and validate business requirements.
• Coordinate business resources across solution design, testing, training, data migration, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
• Act as the primary business representative for assigned countries and functions, securing readiness, alignment, and formal sign-off.
• Coordinate with functional leads, support change management, and escalate issues to the Business Implementation Lead.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in business transformation or functional leadership, preferably in SAP implementations.
• Deep knowledge of an assigned business function and experience standardizing and optimizing business processes.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing business resources.
• Fluent English is required.
• Experience with Order to Cash, Market to Order, and integration of TPM, GTS, Billing, Transportation Management, and Accounts Receivable.

• Background in Sales or strong knowledge of Customer Solutions.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to balance project demands with day-to-day functional operations.
