Senior Product Engineer (Semiconductors)

What you will do

• Plan and drive product characterization and qualification activities across New Product Introduction (NPI) and New Technology Introduction (NTI) phases.
• Monitor product performance and identify yield and reliability improvement opportunities through product, process, and reliability data analysis.
• Manage risk assessments, root-cause investigations, and corrective actions.
• Ensure production readiness and support Product Ownership Transfer between the R-gate and E-milestone.
• Coordinate Design, Technology Development, Test Engineering, Quality, Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, suppliers, and partners to meet product release and production ramp targets.
• Support continuous quality and process improvement from Product Concept Approval through qualification, production release, ramp-up, and ongoing product support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Semiconductor Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of proven experience in semiconductor product engineering, NPI, process engineering, or a similar area.
• Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with reliability methodologies such as HTOL, HAST, and ESD.
• Experience with yield analysis tools and statistical methods, including SPC, DOE, and Cpk.
• Excellent cross-functional and cross-national communication and project management skills.
• A conscious and reliable working approach, as the role may involve security-related tasks and security certification activities.
