Lead Cylinder Head Development Engineer (Engineering)

What you will do

• Lead the development of engine concepts and functions for NPI and NTI projects.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team.
• Drive multiple projects simultaneously while identifying and mitigating technical risks.
• Conduct technical investigations and resolve issues through RCA and quality processes.
• Lead field investigations on client sites to resolve system and functional issues.
• Prepare and review technical reports and coordinate project design reviews.

Requirements

• More than 10 years of experience in engine development.
• Specific expertise in Cylinder Head and Valvetrain development.
• Comprehensive knowledge of reciprocating engine technology.
• Strong analytical, project management, and time management skills.
• Proficiency in English (oral and written).
