Controls Engineer - System Hardware & Electrical Components (Electrical Engineering)

Location: Austria (Jenbach). Legal work authorization for Austria is required.

What you will do

• Assume technical responsibility for electrical control hardware components and systems for gas engines.
• Establish component specifications for new products and define validation plans for in-house and pilot testing.
• Guide the electrical design team and create wiring diagrams compliant with international standards (EN, IEC, ISO, UL).
• Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation for sales, service, and final customers.
• Manage failure investigations and develop updated technical solutions.

Requirements

• Degree (HTL, Bachelor's, or Master's) in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience in electrical control panel design, wiring design, and component selection.
• Knowledge of electrical components (PLC, relays, circuit breakers, sensors, actors).
• Proficiency with tools such as EPLAN P8, ORACLE, and Windchill.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Legal work authorization to work in Austria is required.
