Product Owner Consumer Interaction

Location: Hybrid in Utrecht, Netherlands; candidates must already be located in the Netherlands and have the legal right to work there. Candidates requiring relocation from another country cannot be considered.

Salary: €5,030–€7,183 gross per month for a 36-hour work week.

What you will do

• Define and evolve a value-driven product vision aligned with user needs, market trends, and business objectives.
• Generate actionable insights from scaled user research to guide service direction, prioritization, and product decisions.
• Own the product roadmap, balance discovery and delivery, and make strategic trade-offs across dependencies.
• Champion consumer needs and take end-to-end ownership of delivery, compliance, risk, service quality, adoption, and sustainable value realization.
• Drive change and adoption by engaging stakeholders and user communities and embedding new services and ways of working.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Solution Architects, Scrum Masters, engineers, business analysts, designers, and marketing specialists.

Requirements

• HBO or WO-level thinking and/or education.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in complex Agile/Scrum environments.
• Experience with product and problem discovery, user journey frameworks, and translating user insights into solution direction.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including structuring and presenting complex stories to different audiences.
• Data-driven decision-making and the ability to create structure and clarity in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
• Must be located in the Netherlands and have the legal right to work in the Netherlands; relocation from another country is not supported.
