Credit Risk - Senior Associate (Financial Services Industry)

Location: Kansas City, MO, United States; frequent local travel to and from client sites and regular overnight non-local travel of more than 20% are required.

What you will do

• Manage tasks for loan reviews and other credit risk engagements under the direction of lead reviewers and credit risk team members.
• Prepare and analyze borrower financial statements and prepare or assist with credit review reports.
• Coordinate timely fieldwork completion and address credit review issues with clients and hirify.global team members.
• Provide ongoing technical assistance to clients and administrative support to the credit risk services line.
• Train and coach new staff members and support business development and strategic activities in credit management.
• Establish and maintain relationships with bank executives and directors while keeping current with banking, accounting, and credit review developments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is required; relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of the degree.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience is required.
• Understanding of internal software systems, including Pfx Engagement.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office products.
• Frequent local travel to and from client sites and regular overnight, non-local travel exceeding 20% are required.
