Associate, Banker-CSG (Global Banking & Markets)

hirify.global operates the Global Banking & Markets division, supporting banking, financing, risk, and transaction operations.

What you will do

• Maintain and execute front-end risk bookings for collateral, funding requests, borrowing bases, and cash distributions.
• Identify issues in new and existing deals and coordinate comprehensive solutions across global internal teams.
• Set up and integrate Private Credit ABL, Private Equity NAV, and Private Equity Capital Call deals into existing workflows.
• Validate borrowing bases against legal documents and internal systems, and ensure collateral assets and pricing are accurately modeled.
• Collaborate with product controllers, engineering, strats, fundamentals, back-office, and middle-office teams to maintain accurate risk, P&L, books, and records.
• Coordinate with agents, clients, and trustees to support accurate transaction reporting and act as a point of contact for operations teams.

Requirements

• Onsite position based in Dallas, Texas, United States.
• Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Math, Finance, Accounting, Financial Engineering, or a related field plus one year of relevant experience, or a bachelor’s degree in one of these fields plus three years of relevant experience.
• Experience with US GAAP accounting, financial statements, loan credit agreements, derivative documentation, and client reporting using market data.
• Experience processing trustee files, borrowing bases, fundings, and portfolio or collateral obligation risk summaries.
• Experience with Bloomberg, FactSet, Capital IQ, Microsoft Excel, PivotTables, and VLOOKUPs for managing datasets, workflows, and risk processes.
